How to Prepare : Marinate fish pieces with chilly and turmeric powder and salt and fry till crisp enough Grind ginger and garlic to a paste. In a pan heat oil , saute onions ( cut into small cubes ). When it turns slightly brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute again. Once done add tomato sauce and the fried fish pieces. Bring to boil and remove from fire. Serve hot.

How to Prepare : Cut banana into small cubes and fry in ghee. In a pan heat 1 Tb spoon ghee and add 2 tb spoon sugar and caramalise. When it turns brown , add the grated coconut. Stir for a while and add fried banana pieces. Stir again for a few more minutes and remove from fire.
